Delaware fishing license is needed to fish the Nanticoke River, can be bought online here :
egov.dnrec.state.de.us/egovpublic/dnrec/disp?doc=publicsubmenu&op=fwlicense

Go to bottom of the page, click on Hunting/Fishing license and follow the link instructions.

Maryland Tidal license can also be bought online :

Towards the top on the left click where it says"Online Services" and then click on "Fishing License".
